Anyone else ever get anything like this whilst using VC++ Express Beta?
Never used it, but I'm guessing it's just a bug that symantec and MS need to work out. I'm sure it will be resolved in the next a.v. definition update or so...false positives like this usually are.
yeah, most anti-virus and spyware software just throw out patches that haven't been fully tested to get their numbers up there... they all want to be the one to say they have the most definitions, etc, but this usually breaks other programs, who's creators get complaints from people like you, then complain to the AV/spyware company, who then (hopefully) fix it.
look at some of the spybot S&D news ( http://www.safer-networking.org/en/news/2005-04-27.html ) and you'll get my point...
