How to add a file to a project in bloodshed.

As per tip given, I have made a thread about how to add a file to a project in bloodshed. I'm using version 4.9.8.0

I'm using Dev-C++ 4.9.9.1.

There are two ways to create a new project. Either:
Left-Click the New button -> Project
Or:
File->New->Project

To add a file to the project:
Project->Add to Project
