I am to explain the procedure of determining one's blood type. For this test you need three substances that contain (or are the same as) A anibodies, B antibodies and R antibodies. I need the names of these substances. Anyone who knows them by heart? I have tried to search the net without success.
don't rembmer any names, in fact don't even remember names for the antibodies being given (besides A, B and Rh).
to determine blood:
1. mix blld w/either of the 3 reagents including either of the 3 different antibodies, A, B or Rh antibodies
2. find out in which mixture agglutination occured (if it agglutinates its not compatible)
3. if you know which antigens are in the blood, easy to figure out which blood group they belong to.
