Add a dialog box to a tab

Hi,
I managed to write the code to display two tabs but I don't know how to make a dialog box appear inside the tabbed frame. I already made the dialogs using the wizard in MSVS .NET 2003. I just need the code to add them in. Can someone help? The code I have so far is as follows:
