Unable to view user profiles

I'm not sure who to ask about this; I didn't see a 'general help' forum, so I'm asking here --

I can't look at anyone's profile.

I've confirmed my acc't; I can make topics, posts, etc.; I just can't look at anyone's info.

Is this something abnormal, or do I have to, like, post a certain number of times to get the privilege of seeing others' info?

Have to have at least 10 posts. Of course if you go spamming then bad things will happen to you.

Well, yes, spamming is generally frowned upon.
