programming ALU's??? Please look..thanks
does anyone know a good website or some source where i can get some examples of programs for a ALU( arithmatic logic units)
- for example a program to impliment the PC of a MIPS micro-processor
ive got uni exams coming up and its realy hard to find a example of this...
this is one of my questions on a practice exam

write a C progam that implements the program counter of a MIPS mico processor to access a BYTE wide array of main memory and retrive a 32 bit wide instruction. Adapt your program so that the program counter can deal with jumps to and return from process(ie alter the contents of PC)
