this is a questionnaire

Hello everybody!!!

well I am taking the speech class , and I had to make an enterview for a job, and as far as I did is this, I would be very happy if you see what is wrong in my questions, Or if you know other way to ask the same, that is driving me crazy, It's dificult to me because English is my second lenguage, so any recommendation or changes will be taken for me. :D

7 and 8 should be switched, 6 and 4 are the same. 9 doesn't make sense to me. 10 should be "How much time are you willing to commit to this job". The others seem fine..

One question I sometimes stumble over at interviews is: "What do you feel is your worst quality?". I think it's a good question, and sometimes it catches the interviewee by surprise.
