How to get scroll bars working ?

Hello:

With the help of the Microsoft Visual C++ Scientific applications I can use a tabbed dialog Box in a project.

One of the dialog windows must have a vertically scrolling bar. No problem for getting the scroll bar show up in the window but what should I do to have it work ?

Any reply will be welcome.
