Why can't you get into the display properties dialog?
I think that it was just such a low resolution that they couldn't move it or see it. I thought of maybe using the alt/control buttons in maybe moving it, but I guess they can't. Is there any other way?
ask him to boot in safe mode... that sets the resolutio which can be viewed and from there reset the reolution to what ever you want...
to boot into safe mode press F8 while booting youwill get a menu and select safe mode from there..... Jope i am not being too obvious..
registry has a few keys for resolution in them. i do'nt know if the yaffect anything and when though
I would not suggest editing the registry to change your resolution. Booting into safe mode seems to be the best option.
