Will Microsofts OOP implementation of VB.net effects future of VC++ programmers.
Why should it? C# and Java are even more OO and VC++ programmers are still around. Plus VC++ is the only one among them that can compile to native code.
I think more and more people are moving away from the Microsoft solutions anyway so I doubt it'll have much effect.
From what I've seen of it, the move VB -> VB.NET is more difficult then the move VB -> C#. I would not be suprised if VB loses some ground because of that.
