man .. it's for your own good .. that's is your contact list which show you those who you add them and preview their status wether they are online or not
anyway to hide the list you will go to the head of the list (online) and (not online) you will find at the left of these names an arrow try to click it .. the list will hide the names
but again i think leave that coz that is better

no .. i am very sorry
i dont know how to do that but i wish i could know that
sorry again for misunderstanding you
You could try the registry.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> Microsoft --> MSNMessenger --> PerPassportSettings
Might turn up something, although the best I could do was delete all of the passports I didn't want. A good way for that is to turn message archiving/logging on for every ID and that will be reflected in the registry because it stores the actual string of text for the path to your specified archive folder in the regsitry acting as an immediate identifier to you among the binary data. However, once removed, it doesn't reflect itself in the messenger. :(
Worth a shot, I just don't have time to mess with it.
I wouldn't mess with the registry... clean out the recently visited pages, if that doesn't work, get rid of cookies... if that doesn't work, IMO, it's too much effort for the result, but I think there's some option somewhere in IE that you can get rid of all that information...
EDIT: if you're using IE, go to TOOLS->INTERNET OPTIONS
then delete cookies, delete files, clear history.

I deleted the passports from the regsitry but it was not reflected inside MSN Messenger.
I have an idea ... I didnt try it myself but it might works
try to uninstall msn messenger then install it again

i think i got your solution. it's a registry edit, but the nice thing about it is that it's a nice little file that will do all the work for you so you don't have to worry about messing anything up. Go here, read the thing, and then download the file. hope that helps. by the way if you didn't notice it's coming from a microsoft representative, so i wouldn't worry about the file being corrupt, and if you are, then just look at the registry key in the file and edit it yourself. whatever you wanna do, it should do the trick. oh and you have to reboot to see the changes
by the way it's
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Lsa]
"disabledomaincreds"=dword:00000001
