Saving video chats

I want to capture video from video-conferencing software
For example I chating with video with someone on MSN messanger or Netmeeting

How can I save this video chat?

Me too.. i wish to find a way to capture video when i chat with someone using webcam..
I am using Windows XP and i dont have MAC too

there is a program called Easy Video Capture which should be able to handle the job.

It can record both video and audio and save it in AVI format. It records any section of your screen you would like it to record.

BTW i want to buy a webcam but i wonder does it record video .? i mean can i record video and save it on my computer or its only task is streaming videochat?
