>>> bought himself tehse two steroids.
Then you now know you have a friend who is an idiot and a cheat don't you. You may want to review that relationship.

As to the idiot bit: Side Effects of Steroids
As to the cheat bit: In competitions, the enhancement of one's capabilities artificially (through drugs) is illegal.
If he's concerned about such things... he should take non-steroid hormones, like 1-testosterone - they're not steroids, so they don't give you the same effectiveness that steroids do... but, they do enhance muscle mass gain through cycles, and they're safer, and legal.
Well the whole cheat bit is debatable.
Firstly, it is unproven whether or not steroids actually do enhance performance. Secondly, in the likely case that they do enhance performance, why is it cheating? Is exercising cheating? That enhances performance, and can still damage your health, you can pull muscles and stuff. Is running on the mountains cheating, to increase the oxygen capacity of your blood?
Exercising actually was banned many years ago. It was seen as cheating because many of the posh blokes that used to take part in sports back then couldn't be bothered to work out.
Good ole controversial issues.
True... He's not competing in any competitions. He's just doing it for the fun. The side efects of the stuff is quite bad. But I don't know... He's using it quite safe, only using it for 2 months at the most, then stays clean for 2 months and takes it again for another 2 months.Quote:

The only thing is that I never heard of these two roids and it concerns me that nobody knows anything about it.... Thus my conclusion.....what is he injecting????
The passage you quote is of course, quite ridiclulous.
Can you not see a glaring logic hole here...
>>> He's using it quite safe
... and...
>>> that nobody knows anything about it...
... thus nobody has a clue what it is but at the same time they know how to use it safely???
Your friend is an idiot and a cheat. It really is that simple.
Steroids are a bad idea. 'nuff said.
Don't listen to these losers. Tell your friend to keep taking them until he grows boobs and his testicles shrivel away. THEN, he'll be cool.
Govt, he won't grow boobs unless he starts taking estrogen ;)Quote:

As far as i know some steroids can be directly converted into estrogen or/and boost testerone levels which the body then converts into estrogen.
- I think TESTAN could be testosterone cypionate.
Biosninja, really, get your friend to stop taking them.
If he's not competing, why would he want to take steroids? Maybe I don't get the bodybuilder mindset...but, surely he's more buff than most of the population, so why would he risk the side effects of steroids to increase muscle mass only moderately?
In support of Clyde: "Depo-Testosterone, Depotrone, and Testan (veterinary) are Testosterone cypionate preparations" (from http://www.t-mag.com/html/body_106bb.html).
On a (marginally) related note, OxyJet steroid happens to be a Google whack. Additionally, OxyJet seems to be some kind of oral hygiene product.
He just wants to look good. He actualle mumbled a few words about competing and stuff like that....but nothing came of it.Quote:

I found the Scientific name for Oxyjet : Oxymetholone (Anadrol) and it does not convert to estrogen.
Still shaky about the Testan stuff
He doesn't need steroids to look good, simply working out will do that just fine, doing it in a bit less time is not worth sacrificing your health possibly long term. There is no good reason to use steroids unless its for a medical condition.Quote:

Maybe not, but according to http://www.mesomorphosis.com/steroid...es/anadrol.htmQuote:

And since Testan IS an aromatising steroid and hence does get converted into estrogen your buddy is still screwed.Quote:
However, in concert with aromatizing drugs, Anadrol is notorious for worsening "estrogenic" symptoms, possibly by producing progestagenic symptoms which the bodybuilder confuses as estrogenic, or by altering estrogen metabolism, or by upregulating aromatase.
Compared to what bodybuilders expect of it, the drug is reasonably mild when no aromatizing steroids are present....
