movie being filmed in my town, some actors went to my restauratn
a movie called 'empire falls' is being filmed in my town. There is going to be a football scene at my high school. Tonight they were filming in a renovated restaurant about four buildings away from the restaurant I work at. Tonight Ed Harris and Paul Newman ate at my restaurant, but I didn't get to talk to them. Ed Harris is a good actor. I watched The Rock just like yesterday after having seen alcatrez this summer (didn't visit the island though) and I thought it was cool.
yeah we're famous baby. seriously though the people who own the restaurant that is being renovated for the movie got paid $90,000 and a trip to florida for letting the movie people use their restaurant (plus you can count the free renovations and the almost guaranteed business after the movie is done). They took some stuff from our restaurant like old oven mits and stuff to use in the movie. I think helen hunt is going to be in the movie, so is another famous actor but I can't remember his name so he can't be all that famous.
it's like fichtner or somthing like that.
EDIT: and there are going to be extras at the football game, and there will be a raffle for someone to win a camaro.
