Need a unix compiler

I'm looking for a compiler for an older HP-Unix server, I want to update the server so that I can write more complex apps in c++, and although the it says it has a c++ compiler, I can write c apps and get them to compile.

Any suggestions where I might get such a compiler and the latest header files for such an upgrade?
