Connect 2 domains together (with Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003)?!?!??

What I will do:

I will connect 2 different domains together.
The big problem is that that the both domains are in 2 different cities (Berlin and Munich).

The both domains should set up under Windows 2003.
Also should set up an Exchange 2003 server (with Outlook web access).

Members from both domains should have complete access to data on the other domain.
The members should login on the other domain with his local account.

Email exchange should be setup under Exchange 2003 sever (at best without POP3/SMTP).

The biggest problem is that I have no idea how to make it!! :(

Can someone give me some tips or info how to connect that both domains together?!?

I think you are more likely to get an answer on this board. The Windows board is mostly for programming Windows.

if u want to keep both domains, you need trust permissions between the 2 domains. try looking that up first.
