Didn't see that coming.
That's what we call an easter egg... not a bug
"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"
What the hell is that supposed to mean?
Somebody have an explanation of what happened?
It is an old typing exercise phrase, (when typing meant typewriters!). It was used because it uses every letter in the English alphabet.
Not much of an egg anyway... ;)
not really, but what else do you expect in a word processor.... a flying game? ;)
I know there as an easter egg, in excel where you can drive a car around, its not the greatest, but pretty neat.
Someone once put up a great site for easter eggs, it had it for so many programs.

hey anymore MS Word "Bugs"? :D
I heard that are a few games embedded in MS Word! is this true?
Cheers
There were a couple of games in MS Word97.However they don't work in Word2000.
Its not a bug. In fact its documented somewhere in their MSDN jungle and it actually has a reason for being there. Sometimes, managers/whoever wants to test out a MS Word feature or show it to someone else. So they type that in and it spits out text so you can do whatever you want with it (make borders, colors, etc).
