I was looking at my hair gel today and noticed that it naturally formed itself into a double helix.....very interesting indeed...

What I think is stupid is that you spend $10 US on 150mLs of hair gel. I get half that ratio, except my hair gel comes ina tube the same color as AquaFresh, so I've been caught before school while doing my teeth thinking, "I should get some new toothpaste. This tastes a little old", before realizing that it's not a good idea to have that much hold for your teeth when you have braces...
But I do think that's cool, dude.
it's alive...
that's weird, yet cool.
That looks neat. I especially like the bump mapped bottle (you can see it near the specular highlight on the top). Very nice davidp, keep up the good OpenGL programming and we can get back to that engine later. You call me, I lost your number. Ta ta.
Ummm, my question is.... what is
HAIR
GEL?
Never heard of this, is it one of those, makeup things?
It's this goo that you put in your hair to make it stay that way.
how the hell did you get it to do that? did you just leave it setting, my hair gel (which i havent used in a few months) only has little air bubbles in it, i want a cool double helix! :(
I think it might be fake, 3d modelled, if silvercord isn't trying to confuse us.Quote:

no its not fake...i took that pic with my new digital camera i got a couple days ago, downloaded it onto the comp, and posted it on this thread.
cool, but looks fake nonetheless
doesn't look too fake. that would be one damn good photoshop of it was. but it doesn't, it looks cool.
can anyone say, "scientifically modified"?
:eek:Call scully and mulder, this is certainly X-file-proof
Why use hair-gel? You are a boy!
My hair just naturally stays any way I want it to, without gel. It just has to be wet and dry the way I want it to. Normal hair is the best...hehehe
Reminds me of that the Simpson's. You better
be careful putting that stuft on.
