Game Programming Links
The purpose of this thread is to compile a large amount of game related website links in one place. Its a common question to hear when it comes to needing links to tutorials and such.
If you have a link to submit to the thread, please do. Post the link with a quick description(not required) and no more. The point is a clean, conversation free thread.
Before posting in this thread take the time to read through and make sure that your link has not been posted already. Please only link your personal sites here if they are game programming oriented and needed. This thread is not for advertisement.
To report an error, such as a broken link, please PM me with the problem and i will ensure it is fixed quickly.
Any posts that stray off the given topic, or that violate any board rules, will be promptly removed, and may result in the closing of this thread. That said, lets do our best to contribute!

I'm just posting to thank those who have so far contributed to this thread, and in the hope that it may draw new attention to the thread. It has become a good reference to guide game programming newbies too, and its because of those who have helped to build it. Thank you. Please do not reply to this post unless it conforms to previous stated thread rules.

DirectX - NeXe
http://nexe.gamedev.net/ It's getting a bit outdated now and doesn't have as much content as NeHe, but it could help someone get started
Edit: There was a request for some more DirectX links here, so I figured I'd get it started. I haven't read these yet, and if I find that some of them aren't any good, I'll delete them.
