before i used to make my toolbars programmatically, but now i'm trying to use the resource editor. i used to use bitmaps like STD_FILESAVE and STD_COPY and things like that. but with the resource editor, the only way to get bitmaps into the toolbar is to draw them, which doesn't seem right. i can't figure out how to use the standard bitmaps either, how do i use them?
