Amiga Emulators
As many of you will know, I've set out to find copies of all those old Sierra "Quest" games - Police, Space, and King's Quest. I found a site that has every single one of them, except for one tiny little problem - the PC versions are all highly Copyrighted. However, through some little legal loophole, becuase the coding would have been different, I can download the Amiga versions without any trouble at all! I've looked for some Amiga Emulators, but the only ones I've found just end up hanging the system. Does anyone know of one that actually works?

OK - I figured out the problem. The emulator is fine, I'm just missing a kickstart ROM file. Apparently they're something to do with acting like the original hardware. Do I need to get a ROM file for every specific game I use, or is their a ROM file I can download from somwhere that works for everything?

Try google and just tell google emulation, amiga emultor, amiga rom, and what not.
Index Amiga Rom
FTP Amiga Rom
and things like this will yield relevant results with google
(as the same for say Index nes megaman.zip)
Emulators act like the original hardware and all are setup differently. However, with all, you'll need a data dump of the original game media, which is commonly known as a rom and you will need an individual one for each game(hence the: I have 5 million roms! people). Once again though, individual emulators may vary.

I would presume that this file is similar to the NEO GEO arcade rom called neogeo.zip which is the roms for the neo geo's BIOS.
