been with em for a while, i like them
i get alot of promotion from that site but they partner with 0catch i think and i have a site with frames and banners mess it up
use the <nobanner> tag (part of bravenets xml crap) it will force a popunder banner
believe me the site rings and crap they have gaurantee mega hits
