DEV-C++ 6: To be or not to be

Hey all. I was wondering if anyone else has downloaded the newest version of DEV-C++. It is like version 5.9.2.0 or somehig like hat, but i have had this problem with all the betas. IF you have, have you had the problem that it never seems to work correctly? Mine keeps giving me wierd resource errors, etc. And, i had to manually add in the binary, library, and include directories myself. Has anyone else had these problems? Dies anyone know how to fix it?
