What do the four numbers 1, 2, 6 and 10 have in common that no other numbers do?
I dunno, what do you reckon..
BTW this IS a serious question posed to me...
The ONLY answer some1 else came up with was LC multiples. (120)...but this was obviously wrong.3,5,10,12 spoil his answer.
Any guesses?
I have been trying to think this one over. Where did you get this problem, it is very good. I'm quite into my problem solving, but can't get this one though.

From the 5 butts, he makes a cigar, which he smokes, giving him a butt.

on a 4-bit machine using two's complement. A signed variable holding a binary value greater than 8 is negative. Add the 4 or 2, and you get 1 using two's complement. I think, you might get -1, I'm not sure... :)
