How 'bout giving people reasons to be interested in the project?
The comment you made is just like me saying...
"I'm running for President; does anybody want to help me run my campaign?"
Hell no they don't, especially since they don't know anything about my campaign.
Show them your campaign.:)
btw, I wouldn't be totally turned off by the idea if I weren't quite not ready for a project like that, and even more so reason that it is in SDL (I just started learning Allegro...my first game in it is almost done and I'd have to say it's pretty good for a first (graphical) game). Sorry if me posting what I wrote and me not having interest in the project at the sametime makes you mad.:)
From what I've heard, GB isn't exactly the best programming team member. Thinking back, I remember a thread by somebody who wanted to kill himdelf becuase he started up a game dev team and GB and some other guy enacted a mutiny against him or something...
