Find abundant numbers from 1 to 1.0e7

The problem is to find (not store) abundant numbers from 1 to 10mil in less than 10s cpu time, but we need a lower complexity algorithm. My code execution time is 18 sec. Keep in mind that the limitation are not to use some sort of function that needs math.h nor a dynamic or static data structure. Please help...!

Since you're only checking numbers that are divisible by 2 or 3, here is a simple way to speed it up a little.

You say you can't use a "data structure", but if you can use an array then this is a good ten times faster.

Okay...with array its extremely fast !! 99% i can't use it in this project but it is the most efficient way so i save it for future use ,thank you for both answers .
