Is there any way I can use C++ to create 3D or 2D graphics for games? I am mostly familiar with C++ so I am trying to find an efficient way to use it for creating video game graphics. I am new to this stuff as well. Does OpenGL have any relation with C++? Are there any graphics libraries in C++ that can help with graphics? If C++ is not the best language for making graphics, is there any way I can use it for something else related to graphics.

As far as C++ is concerned, it's just another library.
If you make the right OpenGL function calls, you see pretty pictures.
