I already tried that, but its not there. I must not have enough posts to be able to do it.
how many posts do you need to have in order to move up in "rank", hmm, this sounds so stupid.

no, there are about a half dozen moderators hes just the extra 733+ one.

hes helped somewhat i know but how much you'll have ot ask him.

im not a linguist but i would say base on the context and roots "around" is the appropriate meaning for this particular use.
So like near, close, around, proximity...
