Problems with site UI?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the user interface? I can only see the very top portion of the first post in a thread. And the rest of the post down to the beginning of the second post in completely blank. This only happens if I log in. If I view the site as a guest it looks fine.

Also, when I go to post or reply I get a portion of a dialog box with "Your Message" and "Title" along with some formatting options, at the top and in the middle of my screen. The bottom of that box appears at the very bottom of the screen, and the message I type is in the middle going from one end of the screen to the other. The text I type in isn't confined to the dialog box at all.
