Made a Batch Tic-Tac-Toe game, but I don't know how to network it for multiplayer?

I took a while to create a Batch Tic-Tac-Toe game, it is fully debugged, but needs to be worked on more. I have been trying to find a way to connect it to the local network, perhaps to play with other players at my school. I have no idea how I would approach this in Batch though, and I would appreciate the help if anyone knows how to!

I would be very surprised if scripting languages like bash or what have you directly have network capability instead of just relying on other programs.
