You could try www.flashdaddee.com, I think it has a web programming board. Personally, I dont like the forums at programmers heaven...but thats just me.

It's not just you, I despise the design, but the members tend to be knowledgeable and similar to me in temperament.. And flashdaddee's programming boards are like graveyards ;)

Ouch! Is it really that inactive? I've only been to FD a couple of times, but I was under the impression they had a good number of posters there.
