You don't have to. Your account will be disabled after a certain period without use. Just stop using your account.

Deleting it, is however probably not possible. You have a post history (however short it may be) that may have spawned new threads or exist in the context of threads discussion. Deleting your account would affect those threads. And there's simply no way anyone could accept that.
