How I can never get the board to display "Posted by 'blah blah blah' when I quote someone?"
You gotta press "quote"

Sorry - I wasn't too clear - press the quote button in the loewr right corner of the post you want to quote instead of pressing "Reply"Quote:

Seems to be working. You're pressing the other quote button. You need to press quote instead of reply.Quote:
