Ubuntu Printer Management Software?

Need a software , something that will allow me to put print quotas on users, groups. They all log in on ubuntu lucid via ldap... Is there something out there free of cost that would do the job?

Cups is installed on our servers... but what i want is something that would work like if a user prints 12 papes per day, cut them off... different users differnt quota limit per day
