Learn C++ by Experience

Hello!

I'm sorry for yet another "how do I learn C++" thread. (Please don't stop reading here, there is a reason I didn't settle for the search results).

I have already seen this site's tutorial (I think it's Cprogramming.com Tutorial: Introduction to C++ right?).

However, I already learnt Java and from my experience if you just read a tutorial that explains the code and then go code the quality of the code is quite awful.
So I was after a tutorial to learn C++ that was by example like an assignment and then the answer. So I could compare for best practices.

I couldn't find this so far. Anyone knows one?
