WDSL Importer error certificate

hi,

i'm trying to consume a web service with the module "wdsl Importer" in C++ from BDS2006. The web service wdsl is "https://arce.ine.es/ARCE/services/ServicioXmlTurismo" i mean HTTPS, and when i try to connect i receive the error "A certificate is required to complete client autentication".

I also try with gsoap 2.8 and an ssl error i get also.

Any ideas please??????

Can you connect to other services (ie one of your own) to eliminate a mis-config of your IIS or (possibly) Visual Studio?

Is the target service open for public access? (is it correctly refusing you access?)
