I am planning on developing a small lite weight application for windows to start with. It is to broadcast anything coming out the soundcard OR anything from winamp/wmp/vnc/etc. It should be simple for non computer users so a nice start button and it automaticallt broadcasts to an IceCast or ShoutCast server I have set up.
I just not sure how to grab the sound and transmit in. Any helpers?
