No, you need the proffessional or enterprise editions.
S h i t! I hate microsoft! The code output by the standard edition s u c k s!
You could go with borland's command line compiler,
which is fully optimizing and free.
Or dl the full version using the morpheus program to search for the product you would like. You can get morpheus from music city
I got VC++ 6 standard from Kazaa. Couldn't find the Professional or Enterprise edition. I'll try Morpheus.
I'll rather use GCC than Borland if I was going to use a free compiler.
DJGPP still has some incompatibilities and bugs with template specialization. Btw....

I don't use templates so that's not a problem for me. GCC works good.
