Updating the Data on a Datagrid from the Datasource

Hi,
I have added a few tables from a Database to Datagridview (Visual C++ 2005). What I want to do is have it to refresh the datagridview so that if there are any changes on the database to includes those changes, either automatically or by pressing a Button or whatever as a matter of fact. To put it simply I want to have a "reverse" update.
Please Help

EDIT: I made a Refresh Button that reloads all of the databases data... Now I know I asked a foolish question before:P
