Printer Problems: Cups Configuration problem I Believe

I connected a printer to my server, when printing directly from the server, I am able to print a test page. But whenever i connect another client to it, like a laptop it always says it's busy and will retry in 30 seconds. What do you guys think is my problem. Below is my cupsd.conf file:
