Problem in Dev-C++ installing

When I end up with Dev C++ Installation, one windows comes out saying--

" There doesn'r seem to be GNU Make file in PATH or in Dev-C++'s Bin path.Please make sure that you have GNU Make and adjust Bin setting or systemPath environmentvariable and that make setting in Compiler Option contains correct filename, otherwise you will not be able to compile anything."

I didn't modified any path or any file and started the same but could not do the compilation/execution what may be the problem?

when I compile and run its giving me the msg "The system cannot find the file specified."

Since you're not having luck with Dev-C++, try out some free IDE's that are actively maintained like:
wxDev-C++
Codeblocks
VC++
