string.writeline format

For the following code, what means {0, 3}? I have searched MSDN but can not find the related format description.

Well, it was a hint to google more and a link to a page where the answer could be found if read. It's not like I gave the answer directly. According to the guide you so kindly posted in another thread it seemed like a proper response to vampires.
