Exception in EventLog.WriteEntry

The exception is occured in EventLog.WriteEntry, error message and error stack are listed below. Does anyone have any ideas?

Without code or even an exception type, I would have to guess. Have you looked up what exceptions can be thrown in the MSDN ? Is it any of them for the reasons listed there ?
