Go to a doctor.
Sue, yes.
Doctor, yes.
You should of had the cops there and should of already been to the hospital. Its harder if you dont, i know enough people that went threw this.
u got it all wrong. its your neck, back, shoulders, right leg, and your head. Damn wiplash sucks, sue!
Damn why is everyone now adays so quick to sue. Do this in order:
1) Go to the doctors
2) Call your insurance company (if you haven't done that)
3) Let the company take care of it (thats what you pay them for)
4) If that doesn't work then talk to a lawyer.
What he said. Finally, someone talking a little sense.
agreed.Quote:

I wish you the best with a quick recovery, and am glad you are still alive.
I'm sure she didnt mean to injure you. Don't sue, ask for an apology.Quote:

Your going to get screwed over either way, dont risk it more.
My neighbor is a middle aged man, decent shape. He was driving home one day and went to make a turn, he signaled, started turning and was hit by a handicaped person at 60+ miles.
A cop was one the rode. The man has hurt (no blood, might need surgery for some dislocated vertibre. deffenatley back problems for the rest of his life), the womens car(the handicaped that hit him) was totaled.
She tried to blame him, with the cop seeing everything, of course. There were garage sales going on, peole saw that she wasnt even looking at the road and came over.
But he was smart and went straight to the hospital so every thing is documented and his son went straight to the lawyer when he heard.
Hes still waiting. The bills are still pileing up.
Your going to get screwed here, even if your a decent person the other guy probably isn’t, his lawyer definitely isn’t. No one wants to pay the bill, insurance companies arent going to help(well, they might actuallt take care of you but your rate might go up).
You dont have to sue for a billion dollars or anything, but you have to do something. Play the paper work game...
You can tell i read slashdot too much, im sounding like a lawyer wannabe. guess theres a couple around here.
Sad that thats even a possibility.
Best of luck getting this settled and getting better.
Hope it is nothing but..........
When you say back pain the insurance company is going to freak......
These bad back conditions can go on a lifetime and cost big $$$.
Make sure you get the correct medical advice now!
>>Go to a doctor.
And get them to send you to a specialist.
In the insurance battle :: specialist > doctor.
Then inform the other parties insurance you have a medical problem and have taken advice.
The other company will try to send you to their doctor who is paid to find a way to negate your claim. Tell them nothing you don't have too, answer questions as briefly as possible.
Doctor cancels Doctor == you miss out.
Specialist beats Doctor == you win.
I was surprised to see this wasn't posted by RoD :D You really shouldn't sue unless oyur a good enough actor to pull it off in court, otherwsie you will be caught and that would suck. :)
Dude, everybody's back or neck hurts after getting backended. Most of the time, it isn't whiplash. Most of the time, it's just some stress. My folks got back ended, my mother's neck hurt for two days; just two days. Either way, for the next five months, we kept getting calls from chiropractors and lawyers. I took it upon myself to call each and every one of the lawyers back and tell them to $$$$ off.
>>> Some women back ended my car today,
Watch what you say, she could use that as evidence that you had sexually stereotyped her as a bad driver and stuck your car deliberately in her path to prove your point, thus justifying her multi-million law suit against you for sexual discrimination.
I have seen many women driving with one hand and holding the cell phone on the other. This should be made a crime and made punishable by law.

Just women?
>>>
Driving to the office this morning on the Interstate, I looked over to my left and there was a woman in a brand new Cadillac doing 65 mph with her face up next to her rear view mirror Putting on her eyeliner.
I looked away for a couple seconds and when I looked back she was halfway over in my lane, Still working on that makeup.
As a man, I don't scare easily. But she scared me so much; I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked the donut out of my other hand.
In all the confusion of trying to straighten out the car using my knees against the steering wheel, it knocked my cell phone away from my ear which fell into the coffee between my legs, splashed, and burned Big Jim and the Twins, ruined the damn phone, soaked my trousers, and disconnected an important call.
Damn women drivers ! !
<<<
hahhaahahaha that's the funniest thing I've heard in weeks.
Adrian, you are the king :)
Hehehe... Good one! :D
In Germany, it already is. Scariest thing I witnessed was a driver in front of me on the Autobahn. I thought he was talking on the phone, offense itself. After a while behind him in the lane, I realized he was frickin' shaving in the rear view mirror... jeez. It would have been safer to speed and shave at the next restroom.Quote:
