program operating on two buffers

Hi! I'm new here.

I'm looking for example program written in c++ that operates on two buffers and multiple threads. Threads 1...n generates portions of information for example numbers and stores it buffer1, then there's a K process that reads data form buffer1 and stores data from it in buffer2 (with limited size) where buffer is full information from it is shown on screen. I'm green in pthreads and semaphores so if its possible please help.

Perhaps begin with some simple thread exercises, which say share a single variable between two threads.
