Program Icons.....
I hope this is the right place to ask this......
How would I go about creating my own custom icon for my program? I'm guessing there's a specific program I need, but if so, where would I find it? I already know how to add it to my project, I just want to make my own.

Most resource editors such as the one that comes with visual c++ allow you to edit an ico file. If you don't have a resource editor then a decent paint program should allow this.

Really? The default Paint doesn't deal with it. If you're talking about something like Photoshop, I have Paint Shop Pro. I don't know if It can work with ..ico's, but I can try that.
If not, where could I get a resource editor aside from that compiler?
EDIT: Nope. PSP can't handle icons.

If you want to make winXP icons use photoshop with trial plug-in "iconbuilderxp"...
