MS "raises my ire" once again

I used to be a regular at the MSN Gaming Zone, mainly playing games like Mechwarrior 3, MechCommander, and Age of Empires.

Well, I decided to go back today to see if any of my "ol' zone buddies" were still around, but for some odd reason it wouldn't let me log on. So I went to see if there was a new version of the Zone softare you have to download.

It tells me I have to have a Passport account to become a zone member! ARGX!!!!!!!!!!

That makes me mad....what gaming place can I use now?

What ever happened to heat.net? It still around? You have to pay to use MPlayer now, so that isn't an option. What the heck is with all this crap?

Just sign up for hotmail... use your hotmail addy with password.

What's so bad about a .NET passport? Just open up a hotmail account, or get WindowsXP, or anything like that, and you'll get one.
