I think it's a matter of going through the inner loop in reverse, as well.
You figure out that the indexes should pair this way:

row=0, column=1; i=3, j=1
row=0, column=2; i=2, j=1
row=0, column=3; i=1, j=1
row=0, column=4; i=0, j=1
row=1, column=1; i=3, j=0
row=1, column=2; i=2, j=0
row=1, column=3; i=1, j=0
row=1, column=4; i=0, j=0

Now it looks like the array turned to the right by 90 degrees.
