Microsoft Office Live free web domains

Hey guys...I was wondering if any of yall have seen this. Microsoft is offering free web domains through this Microsoft Office Live thing....it is completely free to set up.

I was wondering if any of you guys have tried it, and if there are any catches to it. They require a valid credit-card number, but they it is only to validate that you are a real person and not a malicious user, and that they do not charge your card.
