    Receiving connections through some port (usually 4000) even from external networks.

    They ran and someone established a connection to it from the outside through your router without port forwarding ? Go get a refund for your router, it's broken.

    Can anyone tell me a way to send a char string to a network (from somewhere else) and all my programs in that network will receive the string?
